Headaches are so common that many people have started to accept them as normal. But if they affect your work, your sleep, and your daily life, it is time to take them seriously.
And there is often more that can be done than people realize. Persistent headaches usually have multiple causes at once. Tension in the neck and shoulders. An irregular sleep pattern. Too much screen time. Too many stimuli in a single day. Often, it is a combination. We map out what is playing a role for you and tailor the treatment accordingly.
If you use painkillers frequently, we will look into that as well. Regular use can actually cause headaches themselves. This is known as medication-overuse headache. We do not treat this with medication, but we identify it and refer you to your GP.
