What we see in our treatment programs
When people receive the right help, more usually changes than just the number of symptoms.

Symptoms following a concussion or whiplash are a common cause of long-term absenteeism. We treat them in a targeted manner, with returning to work as the starting point, not an afterthought.
Do you have questions about Hemi, or would you like to know more about partnership opportunities? Please feel free to get in touch.
We would love to have a no-obligation conversation about your needs and tell you more about how we work.

An employee with persistent symptoms after a concussion or whiplash rarely stops working all at once. It is more often a step-by-step process: first fewer hours, then irregular hours, then not at all. On paper, it looks like a minor injury; in practice, it takes months.
This is rarely because nothing is being done about it. It is because these symptoms are not visible on a scan and the standard medical route is poorly equipped to handle them. People are advised to rest, return to work too quickly, relapse, and end up in a cycle of peaks and valleys that actually delays recovery.
What helps is a plan based on resilience: what can someone handle now, how do you build that up, and how do you translate that into work? That is what our treatment is focused on.

We don’t use standard programs; we only use programs tailored to your situation, your symptoms, and your daily life.
You call or email, and we’ll see if this matches what your employee needs. It’s free and carries no obligation.
Fifteen minutes with a therapist. If it’s not a good fit, we’ll tell you.
A sixty-minute intake, followed by forty-five-minute sessions. Weekly at first, then usually every other week.
Regarding progress and work capacity, in language that the company doctor and case manager can use.

We are a specialized treatment provider. We are not an occupational health service and we do not employ company doctors. We do not take over the role of the company doctor or case manager, but rather work alongside them. As an employer, you will not receive information regarding the medical content of the treatment.
We are not allowed to do that, nor would we want to. However, with the employee's explicit consent, we can share information regarding their work capacity and what that means for returning to work. This usually goes through the company doctor. Your employee will receive that report and can choose to share it.

We use the same rates as we do for private individuals. No corporate packages, no minimum purchase requirements, and no fees for the final report.
You pay per session, and only for the sessions that have taken place.

Everyone’s needs are different. Sometimes it’s about gaining clarity quickly and knowing what the next step should be. Other times, a process has been ongoing for months and the symptoms persist, affecting both work and home life.

An employee is still experiencing symptoms after an accident
The return-to-work process has stalled and no one knows how to proceed
A lot has already been tried, without sufficient results
The company doctor is recommending targeted treatment
A deadline under the Gatekeeper Improvement Act is approaching
You want to know what someone is capable of before agreeing on hours
Not sure if this is the right fit for your employee's situation? Call or email us, and we’ll be happy to think it through with you. You don't have to decide anything yet, and your employee doesn't need to know anything at this stage.
