More and more employers are choosing to reimburse treatment with us because they want to invest in the recovery of their employees.
We can help you prepare documentation about our treatment and a price estimate that you can send to your employer to request reimbursement. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Reimbursement
Our clinic has no contracts with health insurers. This means that you may have the pay the full amount yourself. If you have additional insurance for physical therapy, you can sometimes cover part of the costs partially recover.

You pay the invoice yourself
After your treatment, you will receive an invoice from us. You pay this directly to us.

You submit the invoice to your insurer
You can then submit the invoice to your health insurer (usually via the app or online portal).

The reimbursement depends on your insurance
How much you get reimbursed depends on your specific policy:
- If you have supplementary insurance for physical therapy, you can receive partial compensation
- For non-contracted healthcare providers, insurers usually reimburse a percentage of their own set maximum rate. That maximum rate is usually lower than our rates, so you are likely to pay part of it yourself
- Exactly how much you get back varies by insurer and policy.

Pre-check your policy
We recommend checking with your insurer the following:
- Whether physical therapy is included in your supplementary insurance
- How many treatments are reimbursed
- What percentage is reimbursed by non-contracted healthcare providers
Covered by personal injury
Did you have a concussion due to an accident, such as a traffic accident or a fall? Then the treatment costs may be recovered through the other parties' liability insurance. To do this, contact your insurer or personal injury lawyer.

Do you prescribe medication?
No, we do not prescribe medication. In some cases, we recommend that you talk to your doctor about medication.

Can I get it reimbursed by the insurance?
We have no contracts with health insurers and are therefore covered by uncontracted care. Depending on your policy and insurance, you may sometimes be reimbursed for part of the costs.
Can I get reimbursed through my work?

Can I visit physically?
Unfortunately, that is not possible; our treatment is completely digital via video, chat and home assignments.
Why are your sessions more expensive than those of other physical therapists?
There are two reasons for this. The main reason is that our physical therapists are also trained in pain therapy and rehabilitation. They have extensive experience and work at a high specialist level. The second reason is that our sessions last longer than a standard physical therapy session, and we also offer free chat guidance between sessions to make minor adjustments and answer questions.
