Een persoonlijke benadering van de behandeling
Every day, I work with people who get stuck due to persistent symptoms after a concussion or chronic pain. Complaints that are often difficult to understand and that can significantly affect daily life. My approach focuses on behavioral change and self-management. I help you understand what's happening in your body, and how you can build more up step by step. To do this, I use graded activity, exposure therapy and stress management techniques, always tailored to your situation and pace. What I find important: that you understand what we do and why. Recovery requires commitment, but you are not alone.
